Greenwood New Editor
APRIL 1983

As this issue was going to press, announcement was made by President McLaughlin that the new editor of the DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE is Douglas McCreary Greenwood '66 of Washington, D.C., who is coming to Hanover from Georgetown University, where he is senior editor for development communications and is a teacher of English and American literature. He will assume the Dartmouth editorship on April 18.

Greenwood has done writing and editing for The Georgetown Magazine, the university's alumni publication, and had a major part in its redesign last fall. Holder of an M.A. from Georgetown and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, he is a prolific author of scholarly articles, reviews, essays, magazine and newspaper features, and radio scripts.

A fuller report on the Magazine's new editor will appear in next month's issue.
