Holiday greetings to one and all. While the mailman has not exactly been developing bursitis delivering mail to my door, I do have some news of various classmates worldwide.
First, I had a great visit with Craig Colberg during a recent trip to London. Craig, a former ail-American swimmer at Dartmouth, is an institutional broker with the Goldman, Sachs London office. Although Craig makes it back to this side of the Atlantic several times a year, he has lived in London for six years now. He recently purchased a three-floor town house which is nothing short of spectacular in Cadogan Square. As the saying goes, London living seems to be agreeing with Craig.
Here's one for the "it's a small world" contest. The day after I had dinnfer with Craig I stopped in a food store in Sloane Square and almost literally ran into Trevor O'Neil. Trevor was returning to the States by way of London after a jaunt on the continent. He was about to join a law firm in New York City.
Another Dartmouth lawyer who has recently been in the news is Geoffrey Rogers, who recently joined the law firm of Hisock and Barclay in Syracuse, N.Y. Geoff earned his M.B.A. at Clarkson University and his law degree at Syracuse University.
Finally, Curtis Laub sends news that he recently became a full partner in Orthopedic Associates of Meadville (Pa.) after joining the group in December 1984. Last June Curtis got away from broken bones for at least a few weeks as he spent the month hiking in Switzerland.
that's it for this month. Best wishes to everyone for a terrific New Year!
