Plan NOW to attend the Harvard game in Hanover on October 15, not to mention our mini-reunion beginning the night before. Your vice president Whip Walser and Addie promise to join you. Ask Whip about 1) their three weeks in western South America, and 2) the elderhostel and Shakespeare festival in Oregon. Peripatetic Whip just happened to be in Panama the day Noriega was demoted; they were told by our government not to leave their hotel that evening. But of all the Walser adventures, this is the most bizarre: "We spent five days on a boat in the Galapagos Islands and enjoyed swimming and snorkeling with the bull sea lions and their harems. The bulls accepted us not as challengers but as additional selections among their females. I didn't know whether to be honored or insulted!"

Jim and Ruth Ballou celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June. Earlier they had moved from their house in Greenfield, Mass., to a condominium development.

"Very pleased with the change so far," writes Jim. "On the first page of your 1932 Directory, cross out 114 Birch Street and substitute 404 Country Side."

Another change: John and Midge Sheldon now reside at 537 Village Place, Longwood, FL 32799. In a sense the Sheldons moved twice from a home in Tequesta and a town house in Illinois. "This moving is a real mess," reports John. "I lay something down, then can't remember where it was or when I did it." (That describes my life style, and I'm not even moving.)

"Jeff had a second stroke on April 6," writes Dot Jeffery, "and is once again undergoing therapy." And from Babs Jeffery Logan: "This stroke really affected his right arm and leg. Being the trooper he is, and with his determination, he works daily both at home and in therapy with his arm." Write to Jeff at 3791 E. Ben and Sally Drew, with Davis and Adie Kirby, represented 1932 at Alumni College in July. We'll try to get a fuller report on this.
