Football
3-5 overall, 2-3 Ivy. The Ivy wins Vs were against Cornell and Columbia. At Cornell, linebacker Tom Morrow '92 had nine tackles, one interception, and one fumble recovery to become ECAC Rookie of the Week and Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week Against Columbia, Dartmouth was behind by nine points going into the final quarter. The Columbia lead dropped to two points with less than two minutes on the clock. With seconds remaining, just as in the Columbia contest of 1987, a Carl Romero '90 field goal gave Dartmouth the victory. The final score was Dartmouth 13, Columbia 12. The freshman team, which defeated Columbia 20-13, is ; 2-3 for the year.
Men's Soccer
Final record: 7-6-1, 3-4 Ivy. The booters ended their season with a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Columbia. Vladica Stanojevic '90 finished the season as Dartmouth's career scoring leader with 77 points. Expect good things next year from Jesse Bradley '92, who had six shutouts on the season.
Women's Soccer
Final record: 7-4-3 overall, 3-1-2 Ivy. Although the Big Green didn't win the title, this was the team's best year ever. Goalie Deb
Tripaldi '91 had eight shutouts and set a Dartmouth record. Tracy Hagan '92 was the College's top scorer with nine goals and five assists for 23 points.
Field Hockey
Final record; 4-10-1 overall, 1-5 Ivy. The Big Green played out the schedule with a strong performance
in a 3-1 overtime loss to eighth-ranked U-Mass. In the season finale, Laurie Khelokian '91 netted her 14th goal and set a Dartmouth record for most goals in a season.
Karen Hartwig '90 will graduate as Dartmouth's career-save leader with 368 saves.
Cross-Country
Men: 7-0 overall, 2-0 Ivy. The harriers won their sixth consecutive Heptagonals championship (an annual contest that includes Army, Navy and the Ivy League).
Dartmouth is now tied with Army for the most consecutive victories at the Heps. Dartmouth scored 33 points. Runner-up Navy scored 60 points. Ron Faith '90, the second- place finisher in the race, was Dartmouth's first runner to cross the
line. The next challenge for the harriers is the IC4A Championship meet where they will defend their crown and compete for a place at the national championships.
Women: 4-0 overall, 1-0 Ivy. The
team finished second in the Heptagonals championship for the third year in a row. (Yale won yet again.) The women will compete next at the ECA.C meet. As with the
men's IC4A race, this meet determines entry into the nationals.
Tennis
The iilea's team defeated Vermont, 7-2. The women beat Boston University, 9-0, and fell to Boston College, 5-4.;
Golf
The men placed fourth out of 19 teams at the ECAC qualifier and 14th of 41 at the New England Championship. The women won : the Dartmouth Invitational and : came in third out of nine at the ; A Mount Holyoke Invitational.
Crew
The men's heavyweight and lightweight varsity teams were victorious at the Dartmouth Reg'atta, sporting the same winning time of 14:35. Women's varsity finished second with a time of 16:34.
Women's Volleyball
4-7 overall. Formerly a club sport, the team was upgraded this year to varsity status. The women finished second at the University of New Hampshire tournament.
Skiing"
