Apologies for missing the April issue. The Holbrooks did not winter too well physically, but their spirits are high with the approach of a New Hampshire spring. I am saddened to start these notes with reports of the death of RedTillson and Ken Hussey, however.

Our best news source, Hope Frey, has handed on notes sent with class dues. (I am afraid I have misplaced an item or two.) A letter from Annette Lappin brought assorted good news about her sons and their families. Kinney Smith, who winters in Hawaii and summers in northern Michigan, reports a good recovery from his stroke of two years ago. ("Can't keep a Dartmouth man down!") He sends best regards to all, as does Mrs. Murray C. Harvey. ArleneSargent's letter concludes with the reminder that she and Charlie have been married 56 years. ("Time marches on!")

Incidentally, Hope writes: "I'm now letting the office of the secretary of the Glass Treasurers Association send out the dues notices and collect payments, as they prefer classes to do. It has some advantages." Hope has carried on nobly in this regard since A1 left us.

Alice Weymouth has finally been "sprung" from the hospital, and is now living in Hanover's senior housing at 42 Lebanon Street, having had to part with Bud's and her beloved home on the Greensboro Road.

With much love from Pat and Nancy.
