A green card from Larry Kugelman reports his new address at Life Care Service Center in Lakewood, N.J. Actually, this is the same apartment and street number that our alert Chince ran in the new directory. Larry is in good health and swimming daily at an indoor pool.
Franklin O. Loveland Jr. had a stroke on Father's Day, but latest reports have it that he is doing fine in Bethesda Scarlet Oaks Living Center. He was expected to return home to his apartment in Cincinatti after a rehabilitation program. I am not sure whether this report came directly from Frank or from his son of the same name who is a '64.
I mentioned in an earlier column a letter from Jim Wheaton about which I said I would have further comment when I had space to spare. As I re-read Jim's letter, I am not positive whether it really was a circular letter which he sent out individually to each classmate or whether what I have is a prototype of something which Jim planned to send to each of you. In the latter case I will report that all Jim really requested from each classmate was that they send him investment advice guaranteed to succeed. If none of you did any better than I did in answering this question, I am afraid he is stuck with his present fortune and will not succeed in doubling it.
