First things first, guys. Ed Heald has volunteered to be our 25th Reunion chair. Hooray! Ed will begin working immediately with the College and with classmates on advance planning. Joe Grasso has agreed to take on the duties of yearbook editor for the 25th. Anyone wishing to pitch in with Ed and Joe should call 800/422-4201 or 508/470-0580, respectively. We still do need a reunion giving chair, a leadership gifts chair, and a telethon chair.

Stephan Elliott has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (C.L.U.) diploma and professional designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. Now in his eighth year with New York Life Insurance Company, Steve has been Agent of the Year for the state of Vermont in 1987 and 1989. A graduate of Woodsville (N.H.) High School, he chairs the board of trustees of Cottage Hospital in that town, and he remains involved in Lions and Little League activities in the Ryegate, Vt., area where he lives.

From Fayetteville, N.Y., comes the good news of a new addition to the StephenRobinson family: a baby daughter, born on September 15, 1990. Kristen Leigh joins Kevin 3, Lauren 5, orthopedic surgeon dad, and family practitioner mom. Congratulations to all. In between changing diapers, Steve still finds time to practice the bagpipe and to try to stop the construction of a local municipal trash-burning incinerator. Smoke 'em out, Steve!

On another continent, the word is that Bruce Morley is building an alternative energy power plant in eastern Germany.

John Everettjr. has recendy skipped across the North American continent, from Maine to California. After 17 years among the salt marshes and sea breezes of Maine's beautiful coast John moved west in September to become the supervising attorney of the Office of Hearing and Appeals, Social Security Administration, in Long Beach, Calif.

After three years at the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, Andrew Winter is back in Washington, D.C. Andrew is now the executive director of our Bureau of African Affairs at the State Department.
