pit's January here, but we'll be reading this in May, mere days from our 45 th Reunion, June 10-13. Here are a few items for our discussion and/ or amazement.

The Brooks Family Lecture Series was inaugurated last fall at the Rockefeller Center for the Social Sciences. The lecture series was founded by Dexter Brooks to support the visits of distinguished individuals from a variety of backgrounds and ideologies who address major global issues, especially in the economic and political arenas.

Frank Weber is trying to lift us toward a very substantial goal of $300,047. Our giving can be spread over a few years, so let's get behind this effort.

Arnie Weber has sent out the announcement that he and Maureen have been blessed with twin babies, Nicholas and Adam, on November 21.

Bob Bach is looking forward to Reunion, but in the meantime, during 1990, he toured the Caribbean, then Istanbul and Greece, and then England and Scotland.

George Phippen is enjoying his fourth year at Eastman and plays that top-rated golf course often, sometimes with Dr. Martin Marino. Marty and Ginnie have moved from Eastman to their B&B-sized farm house in Orford, N.H.

Bob Allen and Betty enjoy retirement from Hershey Bank, and have gone from condo living to a home on four acres in Hershey, Penn. They move between Hershey and Marco Island.

Norm Falkin and Judy really love retirement. They travel, play golf and tennis, and Norm says he is hooked on the study of the Civil War. He'll tell us more about the battle fields of Fredricksburg, Petersburg, Richmond, and the march through Adanta when we see him at Reunion.

Leland Marrison retired from Dow Chemical in 1985 after 34 years in their analytical lab, Ludington, Mich. He is now in Spring Hill, Fla.

Tom Harrington roams and travels, spent time in 1990 in Texas. He ran into SaxFletcher, in Springfield, Mass., last spring. Sax, of course, is in training for marathon walks and does major walking trips. We'll see Tom and Sax both at Reunion.
