A two-year nationwide program—conceived by Dartmouth and Stanford University and aimed at boosting Native American graduation rates at two- and four-year colleges and universities—has received a grant of $110,000 from Intel Corp. Both Dartmouth, at 72 percent, and Stanford are exceptions to the generally low levels, typically less than ten percent, of Native Americans enrolled at the college level who earn degrees.
