Larry Cate is now using Salem, S.C., as his permanent address but will continue to winter in Naples, Fla. Larry plays golf three days a week all year but finds that his handicap goes up three strokes every ten years. The oldest girl of eight grandchildren just graduated from St. John's in Annapolis and the oldest boy is following Cate's tradition in NROTC. Larry has a good sized rose garden and has taken trips around the world to visit other gardens. Rates North and South islands in New Zealand as the most beautiful. Larry wonders how many remember the time Gordie Wentworth had the money to pay the boatman on the Charles River for the Harvard Game and didn't show up.
