Jim Fannin '58 and wife Minxie, professional graveyard restorers, were on campus recently to direct volunteer workers at the historic campus graveyard. With water and a wide assortment of stiff-brisde brushes, including toothbrushes for lettering, the volunteers helped administer die considerable elbow grease necessary to scour lichens and algae that accumulate on the gravestones. One good-sized stone is a day's work.
