Singing Doughboys Tom Ruggles '50 (front) and (from left) Dick McSorley '50, Roy Raja '56, Ort Hicks '49, Jacques Harlow '50, Bob Langworthy '51, and Dick Miner '51 nine up their pipes. The former Glee Club members were first organized by Ruggles to portray the 1910-20 decade when Concord, Mass., celebrated its 350 th anniversary in 1985. Since then the group has gathered four times in Concord to don authentic WWI costumes, run through a repertoire of George M. Cohan songs, and then step off smartly in the Memorial Day Parade.
