MISGUIDED

As any Dartmouth freshman can tell you, sometimes the guides get the facts wrong. The Insider'sGuide to the Colleges, written by Yale students and recent graduates, makes the most glaring mistakes. Repeating a widely circulated Dartmouth myth, it refers to Kiewit Computation Center as a "nine-story underground bomb shelter and computer center." It also calls the Moosilauke base camp "the Raving Lodge."
