Here's a question for the class. Send me your replies. Who has been with the same company for the longest time? Is it Carrie Fraser at HP?

Mike Mclvor sent his resume and other good scoop: "Fall '86 to January '91, marketing manager and account executive for Act Media, a media and promotion company in Darien, Conn.; January '91 to September '9l, completed 4,000-mile sailing adventure from New York to Grenada and back; September '91 to June '93, Tuck M.B.A and all the fan associated with it; fall '93 to present, investment banker with Goldman Sachs. M&A in New York for three years, one year in London, last two years in New York in the health-care banking group (Geoff Parker is in the same group on the West Coast and was recently promoted to managing director)." In May Mike became engaged to a lovely Spanish woman he met in London, and they are getting married in May 2000. They currently live in Manhattan, spend weekends at their house in Connecticut, where they sail and fish on Long Island Sound. He mentioned that Jeffrey "Jones" Morrison still lives nearby in Westport and that he ran into Phil Marchal on the Metroliner from Philly to New York. Phil is doing well, working at Chase, married with two kids and living on the Upper East Side. Mike Maguire was recently quoted in a Wall Street Journal article regarding the plight of the N.Y.S.E. specialist firms that are under siege from the online trading companies. Ann Rooney our faithful treasurer, is the vice president of an Internet company called CallNOW.com, which offers telecom services of all descriptions around the globe. Ninety percent of her customers are overseas, with about half in Europe. Ann's in charge of customer service at a company that never sees its customers. Okaaayyy. Jim Citron, Ann also wanted you to know that she's finally putting that Spanish and French to good use. After eight years with one company, Adelaide Hulbert jumped ship and joined the world of Internet start-ups at Myteam.com. It's the leading online center for team sports communities and is dedicated to serving the needs of players, parents, fans, league administrators and officials. Myteam.com offers free personalized and password-protected homepages for all members; free team and league pages with scoreboards, scheduling, messaging tools, etc; sport-specific instruction for kids and coaches; online sports games and more. Adelaide said it's a really fun place to work, with a pong table, air hockey, foosball and pool—in fact, it's like being in college again, but she gets paid for working hard and having fun. The Hulbert kids, Sawyer (6) and Connor (4) think mom's work is better than going home at night and are really mastering foosball. Greg even shows up at the office with Brian Stretch to turn the corporate ping-pong table into a beer-pong table. Greg also wants it noted that he continues to crush Brian at pong. Jack Fuchs announced that his second child, Eliana Lindsay, was born last September. Her brother Zachary (21 months older) is doing great with her. Occasionally, he hugs her too hard. It's "tough love," but she should probably get used to it. MaureenCosta and her husband Kevin welcomed their third child, Erin Mary, last July. Big bro Ted (5) and big sister Bridget (3) are great with her and just may "love her to death." Maureen is back to work at Titleist and FootJoy Worldwide, which at times offer some respite from caring for three kids. Sam and Leslie Zales have relocated to Boston. Sam chose to forego his comfy corner executive office at American Express to join Internet start-up company www.buyerszone.com.
