This will be the shortest column in my five-year history, as py news folder is empty. I thought about writing a clever poem, a movie review, an editorial—something to keep you entertained for 600 words—but the deadline looms and I have the flu, so perhaps next time I'll have words of wit and wisdom for you. But for now, based on some old press releases, here's what I've got: Grant Bosse is working in Concord, N.H., as a senior legislative assistant for House Republican leader Gene Chandler. Previously Grant had served as program director of radio station WTSL-AM in Lebanon, N.H. Check out Rupin Dang's book Flowers of the WesternHimalayas. This is the first book in the Wilder- ness Films India series of field and guide books on the Himalayas. Other books in the series include a book on Himalayan birds. Plans were also underway for the launch of Wilderness Online, a Himalayan wildlife-based online bookshop, as well as a series of CD-ROM publications. That's it, my friends! That's all I've got. Please share news with me when you can— otherwise, you might be reading an opinion column in the months ahead. Take care.
