What crueler irony? Miguel Cardona, married in January of this year, died on February 19. He leaves behind son Miguel Jr.; former wife Sherri; and current wife Linda. Chas Carner and I attended the service. It seems obvious to say, but it bears repeating: If you love somebody, anybody, let them know it! Don't assume that because you said "I love you" three years ago, the message is still fresh. As tomorrow is not promised to anyone, please take care of your business today.
Dorsey & Whitney LLP has announced that partner Paul B. Klaas has become a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Klaas has been a partner of Dorsey since 1983.

Dr. Freddie Fu, the eminent Pittsburgh orthopedic surgeon, was the force behind the $80 million University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Sports Performance Complex. The Southside monolith is affectionately known as "Freddie's building." Among the client list of the largerthan-a- football-field-sized building include golfer Greg Norman and ballet dancer Mikhail Baiyshnikov.
