The Bicentennial year for Dartmouth begins in June 1969. The special reunion for all post 50-year classes will be on June 16, 17, and 18. We look forward to seeing many of you, so plan to be back in Hanover at that time. More information later.
Your secretary and his wife Ethel celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve, December 31, 1968.
Phil Chase and Theora enjoyed a very pleasant visit with your class president, Jim O'Neill and Edith at Halcyon Hill, Lakeville, Conn., in November on their way to Wynnewood, Pa., from their summer home at Kennebunkport Beach, Me.
Bill Smart of 11 Dorset Road, Belmont, Mass., has recovered from a second attack of the flu and is feeling much better. Ruth was his nurse!
Dr. Earle B. Fowler and Barbara of River Forest, Ill., are enjoying better health this year. The doctor has recovered almost completely from his fall of last year.
Rocky and Dorothy Hazen of La Jolla, Calif., say that "all is quiet on the Western front." They may come east in June and July. We hope they do so.
Bill Sanborn's widow Edith of Messe Manor, Dunedin, Fla., has been traveling during the past few months to California, Washington, British Columbia, Missouri, and is now back home in Florida. The best to you, Edith.
