I received a very nice Green Card from Curt LaMorey, who recently reported the birthday of Otto Calder, and now sadly has to report his death on December 1, 2001.
On a brighter note, Morty Blum threw a big bash for his 90th birthday and relatives came from all over the country. Good for you, Morty, and congratulations.
Any of you catch the great presentation of Bill Fitzhugh '64 on the History Channel? Our Bill and Florrie have a right to be very proud of him.
Any of you who read The NewYork Times must have seen the write-up on the front page about "Josh Billingsley, Princeton class agent '33." That was my wife's first husbands class. I tracked Josh down, phoned him and had a long conversation. Poor guy! The Princetonian comes out once a month and they have no class newsletter. I thank my lucky stars for wonderful Helen Gelof. Josh has to make about 50 phone calls a month to get news. Your last response was terrific. Keep the Green Cards coming.
Spoke to Bill Mathers and told him I had a gimpy knee. He responded that he has had four knee replacements. Don't worry, Bill, I won't try to keep up with you.
By the way, if you have the urge, please pick up a phone and call me. That invitation extends to all of you.
