President Stan Berenson called and he is full of news. Good news first. Thanks to several generous donors, our Alumni Fund total has gone over the top—about $99,000, a good 10 percent above our goal. About 55 percent of our surviving members contributed, regarded as good in view of the increasing medical problems reported.

The scholarship office reports 2,469 students were helped in the last academic year, and almost $40 million was made available. Still the rule at Dartmouth: You be good enough to get in and we will see you through. Bless everyone who makes that record possible!

Charlie and Ellen Collis are back from their winter vacation in Florida, and recommend keeping busy as the best tonic for a long and useful life.

Bill Rotch has had a trip to a hospital, but has recovered enough to be back at work on the next Mint Bag. No recent word from Will Brown, but with the national election coming up you can be sure he is not sitting on the sidelines.

Olive Tardiff has made available a perfect edition of our class book of June 1937. Suggestions for the proper depository are welcome.

Our numbers are down to about 100 living graduates from the class of 1937, and we are hopeful of turning out at least a third of those for our 67th reunion in Hanover on the weekend of October 16. Begin your plans now to be with us.
