Connie Pensavalles obit appears in this issue. A name we all vividly recall as a big piece of the resurgence of Dartmouth football during our years on the Hanover Plain.
Ray Bankert has a granddaughter, an 'OB, on the Green track squad. Ray and Pat have close ties with Hanover as two of their six childrenray '77 and Steve '79—are alums and daughter Liz has a Dartmouth M.A. and is in the upper echelons of the Medical School.
Jay Urstadt continues his standout status in the swimming ranks. During 2 004 he performed the fastest times in five events for the over-75 age group and was named a U.S. Masters Swimming All-American. Keep it up, Jay.
Among the ranks of Dartmouth hockey players, a group of both men and women who have finished great seasons is Hugh Jessiman, grandson of Paul Woodbury. Hugh was injured much of the season but was a 2003 first round pick of the New York Rangers.
Late breaking news: The Dartmouth figure skating team, the creation of our Mike McGean, has won the 2005 Intercollegiate Figure Skating Team Championship for the second consecutive year, this year held at Miami University on April 10.
