I just got out of the hospital after a bout with pneumonia, so excuse me if these notes are not up to par. I found out, courtesy of King Vandenburg 38, that Rem Ryder attended St. Paul school in Garden City, Long Island, New York. Thanks, King! Rem's daughter Lynn really appreciated this info.

Bill Mathers still full of pain. Mildred Reich still hanging in there.

Bill Adams says life is uneventful.

Irv Sager thinking of moving to Cambridge, Massachusetts, to be near his son, despite being very happy living in New York. Bob Boehm is planning a trip to Hanover to give a boost to his wonderful program to help students, despite being confined to a wheelchair. Bob, you are great!

I had planned a trip to New York with my youngest grandson and his new bride from Ireland, to also be with my cousin Viola, who attended my 70th in Hanover to share a great moment with me. Of course, I had to cancel out, but I'll plan it again as I love to share my life with my grandchildren. If any of you have not yet declared yourself dead, get in touch with me by letter, phone or e-mail—or that will be the end of this column. Or is the great class of 1935 just a memory?
