Big Picture: Who's Got the Remote?
The centerpiece of the year-long, $12 million renovation of Alumni Gym is the new fitness center located on the upper level of the 97-year-old building. At 14,000 square feet the workout space is not only three times larger than the old one, but the largest facility of its kind in the Ivy League. The center is equipped with 42 weight-circuit machines and 64 state-of-the- art cardiofitness stations, half of which are outfi tted with individual television screens.
