As promised in the last column, here is more news from Jenri- Tudder Walus: "On June 24,2006, we attended Stacey Briere s wedding to Greg Gilbert in Philadelphia. Amanda Medford Messina and I were among the bridesmaids. The raucous Dartmouth table included my husband, Matt Walus, Mike Messina, Lee Jekos, Alex Ghanotakis, Kristen Croker Fiordalis and Charlie Fiordalis '98.
"A few months later we attended Kris Jadds wedding to Erin Nagy in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There was quite a '97-fest, including Steve Clark and Jen Bianchi Clark, Russ Echlov and Jennifer Pollina Echlov (along with their beautiful baby boy), Bill Drehkoff and Kate Protextor Drehkoff (with their son Liam—Kate was also expecting!), Alejandro Soto, Steve Salemi, Steve Lisowski, Eric Newton and Jamie Lust.
"In September we attended Lee Jekos' wedding to Kiera Faulkner-Hammel in Traverse City, Michigan. Repeat offenders included Mike Messina and Amanda Medford Messina (with their daughter Gabriella) and Stacey Briere. Also attending were Steve Lee and Jorge Motoshige '96.
"I have Rockapella news as well: Julie Gottlieb Fisher recently had a baby boy named Noah. She is on maternity leave from her fellowship in hematology/oncology at Columbia and continues singing with a chorus at Juilliard. Allison Pope is living in Raleigh and recently got engaged. Inger Strand is currently living in Boston and also just got engaged. Dawn Delizia Nolan had a baby boy in January 2 o 06 and lives in Florida. Finally, Jess Russo recently moved to Washington, D.C., to go back to school to become an endodontist (root canals!) at the University of Maryland.
"In other news, Jon Aljancic and his wife are expecting their third child."
While reading The New York Times I came across a photograph of Aran Toshav and his new bride, Rebecca Friedman, in the "Sunday Styles" section. The couple was married on December 9,2006, in New Orleans. Aran graduated from Jefferson Medical College and is a second-year resident in radiology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Rebecca, a Yale graduate, is the managing editor of McKinsey News, an internal publication of McKinsey & Co., the management consulting firm. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
A good time was had by all at the annual Dartmouth Club of New York City holiday party. Class of'97s sharing in the holiday spirit included Jeremy Turk and Andrea Lodzieski. Jeremy is an associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed and Andrea works as an associate director in strat- egy and analysis at Digitas, a digital and direct marketing agency.
