On a personal note, I received my second award of the Secretary of the Army Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service and in August the John C. Flanagan Award for Lifetime Achievements in Military Psychology from the American Psychological Association Society for Military Psychology. I am most thankful for the recognition.
