Georges Dyer recently got engaged to his girlfriend Michelle McKay. They currently live outside of Boston and met while they were both pursuing a masters in strategic leadership toward sustainability at the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Erika Doody got engaged to Leif Bohman (Amherst '01) while hiking in Vermont this past February. The couple, who were originally introduced by Megan and James Macintosh, will be moving this summer to Philadelphia, where Erika will be teaching and Leif will be starting his residency.

David Gates just moved to Austin, Texas, and also is now engaged to Lorena Brandan, who is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Beth Myruski was engaged last November to Jon Piskorowski '99 and is planning a November wedding in Lenox, Massachusetts.

And finally, Erin Maxwell got engaged to Brit Bischoff (Naval Academy '99) before Thanksgiving; they are planning a September 2008 wedding in Stonington, Connecticut. Erin has been focusing on competitive sailing for the past few years and recently won the world championships in the 470 Olympic sailing class. Congratulations, Erin! She also notes that she is starting a new job at Louis Dreyfus commodity trading in Wilton, Connecticut.

Jenn Gill was recently admitted to the M.B.A. program at INSEAD. She will be moving to Fontainebleau, France, in August. Jessica Webster was accepted to the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School and its joint degree program in international studies at the Lauder Institute. And congratulations to Valerie Guerrero, who graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in December 2007.

Chance Hill's assignment with the Navy in South Korea is coming to an end and he has decided to extend his work with the Navy for a year. He will be going to Taji, Iraq, to help train the Iraqi military. He expects to return to Washington, D.C., in 2009 after completing his military service.
