Courtney Anderson DaCosta sent in the following update, "I realized when I got the AlumniMagazine this month that I've been remiss in sending in news! Jason DaCosta and I were married last August in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Heather Hanson and Andrea Sea Mercer were bridesmaids, with Josh Cushman and Joe Calandrelli serving as groomsmen. We were thrilled to have so many college friends there, including nearly 20 Dartmouth baseball players from the classes of 2000-2005! We'll be leaving D.C. for Minneapolis (my hometown) this summer after I graduate from Georgetown Law. I'll spend a year clerking for Chief Judge Loken of the Bth Circuit before joining Dorsey & Whitney as an associate. Jason will continue as a director at the technology firm Alarm.com."
And from our esteemed reunion chairs Kamil Walji and Jillian Cusack comes the following public service announcement regarding Bringing '03 Back: "Our class of 2003 five-year reunion is just around the corner, June 13-15, and as more and more of you register the more and more exciting things get. Just take a quick peek at the online weekend schedule to see everything that the class and the College have in store for you. From the Presidents Garden walk and a day at Moosilauke to the always well-attended class dinner on Saturday (with an after party, of course), you'll have ample time to revisit dear old Dartmouth and most importantly, catch up on all of the new jobs, new degrees, new girlfriends, boyfriends, wives and husbands (and children too!). Of course, no 2003 event would be complete without a little competitive spirit and so alumni relations has kindly let us know that the class of 2000 still holds the record for most alumni back for a five-year reunion with 516 returning classmates. With online registration already in full swing, we should have no problem showing them up. All we need is you! So, if you haven't already done so, make sure to get onto dartmoutho3.org, where you'll find links to the most up-to-date weekend schedule, online registration and ORL dorm registration. Feel free toe-mail us at 2003.reunion@gmail.com with any questions, concerns or suggestions and be sure to keep an eye on the Web site for more details as the big weekend draws near. See you in June!"
What better way to get into the reunion spirit than sending in an update in the meantime? Hope to hear from you all soon!
