Hi ’01s! Lots to report again: Katharine MacIntyre Navins launched a letterpress and design business, Tallow Studio, that produces customized invitations and announcements (www.tallowstudio.com). Negarra Kudumu is en route to the Netherlands to start a new job at a think tank in The Hague. Chance Hill finished his tour in Iraq and is headed back to the States. He is leaving the Navy and moving to the Washington, D.C., area to begin classes at the Georgetown School of Foreign Service while pursuing job prospects and potentially law school. Jennifer Feltner is taking a year off and studying wildlife conservation on Utila Island, Honduras; she is then headed to Mexico, Colombia and Bolivia. Her twin sister, Molly Feltner, is working as a journalist and photographer in Rwanda. Last August Allison Lange successfully defended her Ph.D. dissertation in biochemistry at Emory University. In attendance were Pete Barros, her fiancé, and her parents, Janet and David Lange ’70. H. Francis Gallivan IV is living in San Francisco, working for a consulting firm and plotting to get Americans to drive their cars less.

Natalie Reese got engaged to Ian Campbell ’99 on Easter Sunday when she found the ring inside a plastic Easter egg! Ian is graduating from Emory Medical School and starting his residency in radiology at Emory. Natalie is currently working at Emory’s Goizueta Business School and will be switching to studying there this August. Christine Baran married Will Warren on February 28 in Sea Island, Georgia. Fellow ’01s Samantha Morton, Melissa Oliver and Alyssa Rower were in attendance. Christine graduates with an M.D./M.S. from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University in May and will be doing an internship at Georgetown University Hospital followed by a dermatology residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Mike Byrne and his wife, Kelly, welcomed their daughter Haley Margaret on April 21. Both Haley and mom are doing great! Megan (Anderson) and James Macintosh had a strapping baby boy named John August Macintosh on February 26. John loves meeting other babies, so all Dartmouth babies in the N.Y.C. metro area get in touch! Hamilton Fryer-Reavey and her husband, Kevin Reavey ’02, are excited to announce the birth of their daughter Estelle Elizabeth Reavey, born March 24. And Melissa (Mangan) and Colin Fox welcomed their first son, Jeffrey Scott, on February 18.

Elizabeth Sullivan graduates in May from Columbia University with a master’s in arts administration and plans to stay in New York City working in management for a dance company or school. She just caught up with Kelly Finck at Abigail Nova’s baby shower; Abbey and Tim Wright are expecting a baby boy in May. Megan Moyer and her wife will be moving to Santa Cruz, California, for the next year or two; Dartmouth alums in the area please get in touch! Christian Larsen was married in the spring and just joined the LEGO Group in Denmark as a senior developer for its corporate business development; he and his wife had a great time on their recent trip visiting Dartmouth. Elliott Freirich is running a tax preparation and consulting business in Chicago while pursuing a certified financial planning degree, which will qualify him to consult on estate, retirement, investment and insurance planning for high-net-worth individuals.

In April I traveled to Treasure Beach, Jamaica, with Alissa Golden, Lynne Grossman, Kristin Verdiani, Meghann Ganey Carroll, Kate Mattern McGee and Carly Prior to celebrate our 30th birthdays with a one Jack Spratt. Happy 30th to all of our classmates celebrating this year!
