Nat had an announcement to make, so he joined the luncheon club again. He and Mrs. N. Pierpont Rice announce the birth of Anita Hickman Rice on May 22, 1924. Miss Rice weighed 7 1/4 pounds.

Paul Harmon has helped to locate Stephen C. Perry, Jr. He is at Pahelo Beach, Mineral City, Fla., and we hope to hear soon that he is back in the "interested group" of the class.

Paul and Dorothy Harmon have moved into their new home in Portland, so all stop and say hello now.

Mr. and Mrs. George H. Madlin have announced the marriage of their daughter Lilian to Edward Leeds Gulick, Jr. They were married on Saturday, May 3, at Phoenix, Arizona, and after June 1 will make their home at Valley View, Phoenix, Arizona.

"Eric" Foster and his wife have started on their long summer vacation in the mountains of California. Eric is in the department of biochemistry and pharmacology at the University of California, and the long summer vacation is "one of the few compensations for being a prof.," as Eric puts it.

Herman Parkinson was elected president of the California State Library Association at its recent annual meeting.

We seem to be strong on the Californian news this month. Lincoln S. Wilson has sailed for Europe to spend the summer. He stopped off in Chi. to see Bill Towler and others, but could only spend part of one day in Boston. On his return trip he will take in Hanover and way stations.
