PROF. F. J. NEEF APPOINTED HEAD OF PERSONNEL BUREAU
Professor Francis J. Neef has been appointed director of the Bureau of Personnel Research to succeed Professor Harry R. Wellman who has been acting as chairman of the bureau. Professor Neef will assume complete charge with the opening of college in the fall.
