A. A. Bacon is due in this country within the next couple of months. Mrs. Bacon is here now. Bacon's daughter, Mary Frances, graduates from the Mary Hitchcock Hospital this year, and has been engaged to teach there after her graduation. His son Richard is specializing in chemistry and physics. He has another year on these subjects at Hanover. His younger son, Preston, is just finishing his first year at Northeastern.

Albert H. Morrill has been elected president of the Kroger Grocery and Baking Company of Cincinnati. He has been director and general counsel for this company for many years. The Kroger Company is a large organization, employing 25,000 employees, and does a million dollars of business every working day.
