The feature article in March issue of Material Handling and Distribution is by C. K. Pevear, assistant distribution engineer of the Western Electric Company, which is a reprint of an address delivered by our own Keith at the materials handling meeting of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in Chicago on March 7. It is a wellwritten article, and has many photographic representations—also a photo of Pevear, which is not so good.

I have just heard that Burt Miller in Albany has been very sick, and is slowly recuperating from an illness that started last summer and just about took Burt from us. It began with appendicitis, and complications ensued. Burt is about his work some, but has to watch himself very carefully. He has not driven an auto since he was taken sick, and there is some doubt about his going to the reunion, but I doubt if you can keep him away.

Jim Everett sailed March 22 for Liverpool on business, but says he will be sure to be back in ample time for the reunion in June.

Wes Hunt is on the staff of the New Heksher Institute for Child Health in New York, as head of the throat department.

Joseph Davidson sends a nice long letter from Denver, and writes that he is much improved.
