It is rather late to be casting eulogies here and about, but one cannot afford to pass the annual Barrett Cup award without some word. The Cup is awarded for all-around achievement to that member of the Senior Class who, in the opinion of the three lower classes, shows the greatest promise of becoming a factor in the outside world through his strength of character and qualities of leadership, and record of scholarship and broad achievement. Willard Clayton Wolff '31, of Brooklyn, N. Y. (or, to those of you not in the know, "Shep") was presented with the gold medal significant of the honour at Wet-down exercises by Dean Laycock. A numeral man in three sports his freshman year, Shep went on to excel in football, in which field he is probably best known to alumni.
