ALUMNI STATISTICS prepared October 1. 1938, disclose that there are a grand total of 18,561 living Dartmouth alumni. This figure includes all the men who attended the College and associated schools, as well as honorary-degree recipients. Alumni of the College proper total 17,766, made up of 12,028 living graduates and 5,738 living non-graduates.

Dr. Zeeb Gilman '63 of Redlands, Calif., who was 97 last May, is both the oldest living graduate and the senior living graduate of the College. Others among the ten oldest living graduates of the College are Omar W. Folsom '69, aged 94, of Bath, Me.; Henry A. Kendall '66, aged 93, of Somerville, Mass.; Jesse G. Mac Murphy '68, aged 93, of Derry Village, N. H.; Albert A. Abbott '71, aged 91, of Northfield, Minn.; Charles F. Ober '73, aged 90, of Manchester, N. H.; Charles G. Johnson '71, aged 90, of Pasadena, Calif.; Horatio N. Allin '74, aged 90, of West Medford, Mass.; George H. Littlefield '71, aged 90, of Boston, Mass.; and Franklin P. Johnson '70, aged 89, of Hopkinton, N. H.
