A postcard from J. F. A. (presumably of course, James Francis Allison) tells of a trip to Florida including an airplane ride over St. Petersburg.
From the Alumni Office comes a notice that Dr. W. T. Bailey has a new address-345 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, Mass. "Pa" Edson reports that he went from West Palm Beach to spend Christmas with his daughter in Talladega, Ala. While there he had a major operation in a Birmingham hospital. This was followed by a severe attack of arthritis so that he was unable to step a foot to the floor for several days. He is now recuperating on both counts.
Robert Lincoln O'Brien who now lives at the Highlands in Washington, D. C., spoke at the Buffalo Club in Buffalo, N. Y., on February 3rd on Grover Cleveland. On February 12 he spoke on Abraham Lincoln at the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church in Washington where Lincoln's pew is still pointed out to visitors. This church holds a memorial meeting each year on Lincoln's birthday under the auspices of its Men's Club.
