1941 Directorate:

The 1940 Carnival Committee last month appointed Morton McGinley 41 as Chairman of the 31st Annual Winter Carnival Committee.

The Winter Sports Council for 1941 was appointed last month as follows: Dick Blanchard, Chairman; Bill Hotaling, ski team manager; Bud Riley, director of competitions; Bob Rock, skating team manager; George Canfield, freshman ski team manager; Line Wales, director of first aid.

The above were elected assistants last year, and automatically take over the senior positions. Election of the assistants from the Class of '42 were as follows:

Donald Frothingham, assistant chairman; David Heald and Harold L. Bond, assistant directors of competitions; Harry A. Jacobs, assistant manager of the ski team; Jonathan Mendes, assistant manager of the freshman ski team; Herbert S. Morrison, assistant manager of the skating team; John L. Crenshaw Jr., assistant director of first aid and safety; Charles N. Todd, assistant director of publicity.
