DEAN E. GORDON BILL delivered an interesting lecture on the "frills" of the educational policy of the College at the annual dinner of the Dartmouth Club of Cincinnati held on February 29.

The Alumni, candidates for admission to the class of 1944 and their fathers all enjoyed the informal chat which Dean Bill conducted before and after the meeting.

Plans were discussed for the Glee Club and Barbary Coast party to be held at the Hall of Mirrors of the Netherland Plaza Hotel on April 2.

The annual election of officers was held and the following were unanimously elected: James E. Traquair '26, President; Gregory G. Wright '29, Vice President; William Shaw '32, Treasurer; Richard W. Barrett '34, Secretary.
