A DARTMOUTH OUTING was held for President Hopkins on Saturday evening, March 16. This was in the nature of a "round-up" of the Dartmouth men in Arizona, at the Squaw Peaks Ranch of Ai Stopford '24. Al has a guest ranch in the making, and up the canyon a ways from the main buildings Al already has completed a rustic picnic place, from grill to bar.

We all had a swell time around the open fire, with the warm air wafting down over the mountains. There were no stiff shirts, no toastmasters, no speeches.

The following men and their families were present at the gathering with Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins: Loren A. Mosher '97, H. Philip Patey '9B, A. P. Richmond 'l4, Laurens L. Henderson '22, William A. Stopford '24, Francis W. Brown '25, Edward M. McNamee '25. Mr. Patey and Mr. Richmond were here only temporarily, and fortunately noticed an announcement of the meeting in the newspaper.
