Henry Austin writes that he is glad to be back again at "Austinsville" in Webster, N. H., where he claims to be a genuine dirt farmer "raising" milk, cattle, sheep, hogs and poultry and a victory garden- how he can accomplish it all on one and a half gallons of gasoline per week quite staggers our imagination.

The secretary is glad to announce that their former classmate, Joe Shultz, has been heard from. He is quietly residing at his home, 431 Tyler Street, Topeka, Kan. In August he will become an octogenarian, but he says it seems only as yesterday since he knew our Western country, then a great unsettled wilderness. He says he often wonders about his former classmates, how they look, how they have fared in life's journey and how they regard the world of today. This resurrection of Joe Shultz encourages the secretary to believe that his efforts to get information from Olin Sturges will be successful.

The secretary and Mrs. Bayley opened their summer home at Beverly the middle of June, on the 51st anniversary of their wedding day; they now have with them their daughter and her husband and three of their children, Lucia, Ellen and Eustace. Lucia graduated in June from Hollins College, Virginia, and Ellen, during the same month, graduated from Emma Willard School at Troy, N. Y. This makes the family circle complete except for their older son, Edwin, who is pursuing his premedical course at Princeton University.

It is expected that the next issue of the MAGAZINE will have messages from all members of our class, concerning their summer activities and interests.
