Lt. W. B. Terry Jr. had his private pilot's license before we got into the war and with his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from M.I.T., he has been in the office of Flying Safety, Headquarters Flight Control Command in North Carolina. Ralph Badger looks forward to the life so many of us want. A couple of years ago he purchased a sizeable dairy farm, about twenty miles north of Hanover, on the Connecticut River. He has a herd of about one hundred Holsteins and has been shipping a large quantity of milk to the college for use by the Naval Training School. He gets to the farm several times a year and later will retire there to live. Pheney hopes that any of the class in the vicinity of Hanover will make a point to visit the farm.

George McClary's son Nelson '43 is a deck officer on a destroyer in the Pacific. Adelaide Jr. is a lieutenant in the WACmotor transport work. The twins are at home, as they are under age. Line writes, "This eviction business is pretty serious here because everything is crowded and no place is for rent, so the new address is one we own."
After Harvey went into the Marines (he had expected to be at Dartmouth this year), Capt. Walt Nolan had Irene move to Stratford, Conn., with him, although he is now stationed at Rocky Hill, Conn. We quote The Standard, a New England Insurance weekly: "Warde Wilkins, assistant manager of the New England Fire Insurance Rating Ass'n, returned to his desk this week after several months' illness. Looking tanned and well after his summer and fall in the country, the popular-rating official plans to take things a little easy at first, but will be in his office every morning."
