THE BRIDGEPORT DARTMOUTH Alumni Association celebrated its first post-war meeting on Dartmouth Night, October 25. An enthusiastic group of 42 Alumni got together for dinner that Friday night at the University Club. Prof. Herb West was the speaker .of the evening and in his own inimitable way covered the various aspects of the College today which were of particular interest to all, with special reference to President Dickey, Stearns Morse and Al Dickerson, and the outstanding work they are doing in their new fields. He also paid tribute to the veterans and the high calibre of the work they are doing, not only in their classes but in all phases of college life.

A short business meeting resulted in the election of the following officers for the ensuing year: President Alfred J. Jennings '33; Vice President John B. Zellers '28; Secretary Robert S. Stearns '38; and Treasurer Ralph B. Sperry '39.

The Dartmouth Club of New Haven held a delayed annual meeting on September 14, which was in the form of an outing, with Eric Ball '18 the retiring President as host. The new officers elected are as follows: President Francis H. Horn '30; Vice President Edgar R. Lyle '23; Secretary Kenneth D. Gilchrist '19; and Treasurer Herbert E. Pike '32.
