Your secretary has recently received information that our Classmate Moses H. Hoyt passed away on February 19, 1945, at Moylan, Pa. In 1942 he underwent a major operation and on his recovery returned to his office but found he was unable to continue his work. In January 1943 he retired. Mose was a hard working student with a flair for mathematics, and after his graduation devoted all of his time to engineering work. The last 38 years he was associated with the Belmont Iron Works. His obituary will appear in a future issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
Nat Foster writes that he is spending several months in Florida on account of bronchial trouble. He expects to come north sometime in May. His Florida address is 4001 La Playa Blvd., Cocoanut Grove, Fla.
Guy Richards, Seldon Staples and Louis Cox attended the Dartmouth Alumni Dinner in Boston in February. Guy writes, "The new President made a wonderful speech and laid down a forward looking program for Dartmouth's part in the coming national program to enable the United States to do her world job in leadership."
