First thing, see the obituary for our classmate GEORGE WILLIAM WALES written by Dr. Allan P. Richmond in this issue of the MAGAZINE. Pete knew George so well that he said in our Fiftieth Year Report he had written George a letter every year for forty-nine years. Newton requests that those who receive the Alumni Fund pamphlet, "Dartmouth's Opportunity," await his letter concerning the 6oth Reunion before sending in their contribution.
The Newtons' permanent address after April 15th will be 189 East Morse Boulevard, Winter Park, Florida. They leave for the North May 15 and will spend the month of June in Windsor, Vt., and Loch Lyme and Hanover, N. H. En route they expect to stop over at St. Augustine, Fla., and Charleston, S. C.
Here's hoping that Genieve takes such good care of Billie that he can carry out his plans for our Reunion in June with his usual foresight and success.
The Kelleys' plan to spend the summer in Greensboro, Vt., after visiting their sons on the way up from their winter home in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Here's hoping that Biff and Lilian may succeed in haying a family celebration of their golden wedding this summer before they go back to Florida, as they were married July 8, 1896.
Pete and I have reserved a common room at the Inn, and Pete says he has also reserved another room for his two daughters, Eleanor Richmond and Mrs. Louise Huse.
