Ninety-three's great granddaughter—mentioned in last month's ninety-three notes is named Martha Lee Spaulding; and her grandmother, Caroline Pearson Spaulding, says she is the prettiest baby she has ever seen.

This information comes from Prucia (Mrs. Harlan) Pearson the great grandmother who, in her letter, kindly wishes your secretary and his new wife Edith Parker Aborn many happy years together.

Letters from George Greeley indicate that he is the same old "Hod" of College Days. He congratulates the secretary on his "salesmanship" and "commiserates" the bride on acquiring such a "liability." He adds, however, "frankly, I think it is altogether a good thing."

"Billy" Jarvis is working hard as class agent for the Alumni Fund. Not being able to attend the winter Class agent's dinner in New York, March 19, he asked "Jon" Child to substitute. for him, and "Jon" writes with enthusiasm of the meeting which was held at the New York Dartmouth Club House.

"Jon" has been busy this winter as Chairman of the Norwalk (Conn.), Red Cross Professional Group. He is looking forward to an early return with his sister and daughter to their ancestral home at East Thetford, Vermont.

Rev. "Shorty" Bowers is better—recovering nicely from his serious operation. He is spending most of the time at his brother's home, 183 Main St., Fort Plain, New York, returning when the spirit moves him, to his home at Schagticoke, N. Y.

President Cox writes that George Dodge had been quite ill at the Manchester, N. H., Hospital, but has returned home and "seemed to be well on his way to good health again."

McKay writes from Rochester, N. Y., in his usual sprightly way about his annual winter golfing expedition to Florida with Mrs. McKay, and tells of a very pleasant visit with the Peltons at Miami. He writes, "Was very much shocked at getting the news of 'Chappie' Martyn's death. He certainly devoted his life faithfully to his constituents and earned their universal respect and gratefulness."

Secretary, R.F.D. a, Cuttingsville, Vt.
