Lee Bausher's Blue Mountain farm again attracted Dartmouth Alumni of Eastern Pennsylvania to the annual Fall get-together and picnic on Saturday, September 18. Thirty-five Alumni, wives, and children arrived from Reading, Allentown, Bethlehem, Pottsville, and Wyomissing to play an annual ball game which was interrupted in the early innings by a thunderstorm. This did not stop the activities as we adjourned to the lodge for supper and singing.

Two men, Frank Corlett '35 and John Bernheim '45, braved the icy water to prove there were a few swimmers in the crowd.

Wendell Curtis '51 just back from a trip to Europe had many interesting tales to tell. It was good to see Russ Marr '17 of Pottsville attend his first Alumni meeting in many years. Andy Marshall '22, the Bethlehem sparkplug, and Leroy Milliken '28 sent their regrets as they had to put business before pleasure.

The following attended:

Bob Ritter '18, Prexy of the Association; Amos Krum '38, George Bikle Jr. '51, Fred Roller '36, Lou Ekstrom '12, Bill Post '46, Charles Markley '47, Jim Rick '31, Lee Bausher '21, John Bernheim 45, Lou Capwell '46, Bob McHose '32, Russ Marr '17, Milt Schultz '30, Frank Corlett '35, Wendell Curtis '51, Carl Erdman '37.
