Thirty-six loyal alumni joined in observance of Dartmouth Night, October 15, in Buffalo at the Saturn Club. Ed Marlette '4l presided at a brief business meeting, the first of the fall season, and the secretary read a copy of the telegram which had been forwarded to the College carrying the greetings of the Western New York Club. Following the business meeting the group enjoyed a half hour of color movies supplied by the College and then partook of an excellent buffet supper. The meeting was a pronounced success, particularly because so many of the younger alumni of the area were on hand.

President Marlette urged better attendance at the monthly luncheons on the last Tuesday of each month at the Buffalo Athletic Club. He further announced that there would be a special Dartmouth coach on the Lehigh-Valley R.R. from Buffalo to Ithaca and return for the Cornell game on November 13 and that a smoker would be held the night before the game in Buffalo, time and place to be announced. It is hoped that some member of the coaching staff will be able to give us a brief insight into what we may expect to see the following day.

Plans are also afoot for a Glee Club concert at the Statler Hotel the early part of April and a party is planned for undergraduates and their fathers during Christmas vacation.
