At various times, this Secretary has tried in various ways to camouflage the fact that he had little or nothing to say. This month, he will cast all dissembling to the winds and simply record that within a week he has talked by telephone with Edwin VictorSpooner and James William McGroty. These gentlemen have safely emerged from the heat of a Florida winter and are now snugly established in summer quarters at North Bridgton, Maine, and Beacon Chambers, Boston, respectively.
