The annual Undergraduate Luncheon was held December 22 with eleven undergraduates among the 49 present. Rupe Thompson '28 presided and acted as toastmaster.

Joe Sullivan '49, backfield coach at Georgetown, spoke briefly on some of his experiences and told the group that the finest thing he got out of football was the privilege of associating with "Tuss" McLaughry.

Dean Samuel T. Arnold, Provost of Brown University, was the principal speaker. He discussed the future outlook for college graduates in industry in the coming years. He also talked of his associations with members of the Dartmouth family, and included several entertaining and humorous anecdotes on college life in his interesting talk.
