Dr. Ed Ross' daughter Helen and her husband, Steve Chase, received four beautiful trophies at a recent Boston Flower Show. They are specializing in developing new types of gladioli at their home in Dunedin Fla. The awards were for color, size, and basket arrangement, their entries scoring highest of any submitted during the season.
Billy Newton is mailing a letter soon to all classmates and '86 families about gifts to this year's Alumni Fund, and expects to include details about the 65th reunion of the Class in Hanover June 15-17.
George Fletcher's son, Col. William T. Fletcher, until recently instructor in Military Science and Tactics at Valley Forge Military Academy, Wayne, Pa., has retired. He and Mrs. Fletcher have bought a home in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Miss Mary Lord Fairbanks, Arthur Fairbanks' daughter, is at a convalescent home, 53 Spruce St., Watertown Mass., where she is confined to bed most of the time. The Class receives the report that at the present time she is feeling fairly well.
Secretary and Mrs. William P. Kelly attended a Dartmouth luncheon in St. Petersburg on Washington's Birthday and are anticipating being present at a later luncheon to welcome President Dickey.
