Just a few days after these notes reach you, the big "soiree" will be in full swing and if you aren't there helping the rest of us swing it, "you're gonna be sorry." As of May 1 we have 275 people definitely signed up for the big June 15-17 weekend and we are definitely planning on an attendance of 500 or better. This "terrific twenty-fifth" is really going to be terrific and the biggest and best party the class has ever had. For those of you who won't be on hand for one reason or another, our genuine sympathies, but we shall have no sympathy for those who just don't show up because they didn't plan on it or forgot about it.
The complete program will be in your hands long before these notes see print. All arrangements are now complete and we expect to put the final touches on the plans when we hit Hanover in May for the annual secretaries meeting. From the time of arrival at reunion on June 15 we can promise that none will have a dull moment until we wind up at Mt. Sunapee State Park on the 17th. There'll be fun for all, both big and small, and our only hope is that our now somewhat decrepit carcasses can take the beating.
Since last month's notes we have received definite commitments for attendance from the Churches, Eakens, Worthingtons, Richters,Mays, Moderwells, McConnangheys, Hadlocks,Esquerres, Crosbys, Blairs, Gurneys, Robinsons, Talbots, Phil Benjamin and Pete Potter,Weeks, Mac Donalds, Millards, Collodays,Jones, Hanlons, Don MacKay and Paul Newhall. If you're not along, you're gonna be sorry.

The latest word from Al Loner and BobStopford is that we will need a big, last minute push if we are to put our combined fund over the top on schedule. If you haven't yet contributed your share, this is probably the last call. This is definitely one undertaking in which we cannot afford to fail as a Class and it is up to each of us to do his part. How about it—now!
The New York Times for April 21 contained a most interesting article concerning the unusual N orth Castle free library in Armonk, N. Y., which is operated mainly by volunteer workers. Among the honorary trustees of this splendid undertaking is one Courtney C.Brown, assistant to the President of Standard Oil of New Jersey.
With these notes your secretary bows out of the picture and turns over to other hands th delightful job of penning these monthly columns. At this time I would like to express my appreciation to each and every one of you for the help you have given me during the period I have served you as secretary. Many thanks and—I hope to see you all in June.
