New Fund Secretary

One of the important announcements made at the May alumni meetings was that of the appointment of Nichol M. Sandoe Jr. '45 as the new Executive Secretary of the Dartmouth Alumni Fund, to take effect at the close of the 1951 campaign. He will take over the Fund duties of George H. Colton '35 who will thus be freed to devote full time to broader fund-raising work as Executive Secretary of the Dartmouth Development Council. This administrative change is another step in strengthening the Development Council organization now headed by H. Richardson Lane '07 of Boston as chairman.

Mr. Sandoe has been Alumni Fund Associate at Dartmouth since December 1948. He is also Executive Secretary of the Class Memorial Funds Program and will continue to serve in that capacity.
